Something broken mid-game?

If a case will not let you continue, note the six-character crash code if one
appeared and send it with the story name. That code takes us straight to what
went wrong.

Refunds and tickets

Write with the case name and roughly when you played. If a case could not be
finished because of a fault, we will put it right.

Writing a case

Questions about publishing, or about a case of yours that was not approved,
are welcome — say which case you mean.

Privacy and your data

To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and its data deleted,
write from the address on the account and say what you want done.
